Do yoga 21 days


Despite the fact that moderate and reliable weight loss is most advantageous, it's normal for individuals to need to shed pounds rapidly. Have you ever taken a yoga challenge? Even I have never done it. If you'd like to rededicate yourself to a day by day yoga schedule, an online 21-day yoga challenge or a yoga instructor for 21 days is an extraordinary method to get motivation and direction from the solace of your home. But it’s about more than just doing yoga poses each day. A 21-day yoga challenge represents a personal commitment you make to yourself. It is easier to find time for work, family, and friends but hard to make time for ourselves. A 21-day yoga challenge offers you a structure for making time each day to nurture your body.

I personally refer a yoga instructor so as to ask questions in each step. Since I have already enrolled myself for the online classes I need to be more punctual and prepare myself day by day. A yoga challenge may appear to be worse in case you're not doing yoga consistently—so try to begin little! You may feel difficulties when you approach to practice 10 or 15 minutes per day, and a little yoga consistently can bring a huge difference in your mind, body and soul. The more postures you resolve to muscle memory, the simpler it will be. If you can devote yourself to a daily practice, the more grounded your body will become. The advantages of yoga will normally be encountered whenever you practice. However building up an everyday yoga schedule causes you to receive those rewards all the time. Your body will become more flexible day by day. While after 15 days you will see improvements in your body flexibilities. On the 18th day you will feel the actual benefit of yoga. It will change your belief system and change your appearance quickly. If you do yoga religiously for at least 30 days it will become a habit. Cultivating such habits in your daily life will definitely make a huge change.
      
According to my yoga instructor, I am doing very well in my yoga routine. Since my 21 days are completed, I feel like achieving a healthy body, my mind and soul feel fresh and positive. I never thought I will be able to complete my yoga challenge. I was consistent and regularly practice yoga and the results are quite good. At night I go through my bucket list journal where there is a section called bucket list ideas where you will find various wish ideas that you can achieve. I add up a new wish to become a yoga instructor one day in the bucket list and hope it will be fulfilled within 2 years.

Walk across Abbey Road in London


The famous Zebra crossing, where the famous rock bands “The Beatles” shot their album there. Yes and I am standing straight to it. Abbey Road is the most famous zebra crossing road in North-West London. Yesterday I took a flight and landed here in the early morning. I am here for a photo shoot of my upcoming production “Celeb Tales” where I will be working with many famous Hollywood celebs (cannot disclose their names). Here I found many people all over the globe who came here to visit, stop by this location to take pictures and crosswalk barefoot imitating all the album stars of the album.
         
Just a few steps ahead you can find the famous Abbey Road studios where Beatles used to record their songs. They not only produce famous music, they are the iconic famous figures of centuries. There are other eleven Abbey roads in London but you will never feel so special unlike this place. It is not preferred to visit the place in the early morning when there are less people. It might be a side-walk road but most fans of Beatles treat it as a holy place. In the evening all the tourist gathered up aiming for a photo on the same place. A funny thing about the place is there is a live webcam where your friends can see you if you told them the time of crossing the road. They can see you live by logging into site and watch live. After a long time, I was taking reviews from the foreign people who came here for a long time.


Then time came when I visited the studio for celeb photo shoot. My mind was still on that place, as it keeps on lingering in my mind. My photo session went very well. At night I visited my Aunt’s home who was living nearby for 7 years approx. She was busy cooking delicious food for me. The time I entered the room she handed me a plate of 2-3 small meat pies. Then after a while we had a long gossip about my whole day shooting photos. I also told about my sudden visit to that Abbeys road and share my wonderful experience to her.
      
At night I have a habit of writing my diary and wish list in bucket list. I write down all my day memories in my diary and add a wish to visit that recording studio to the bucket list. I know that next time when I am again going to come here I will surely fulfil my wish.

Buy an E-bike

Yesterday was going through newspaper, I found an advertisement about an e-bike where the company is offering 20% discount for celebrating “Labor Day” which is also known as “Labour Day”. I was once planning to buy it for my niece. Due to this discount I am able to buy it. Now many of you may think why I bought an e-bike? There are many advantages and features of e-bikes. There are 3 classes of E-bikes.

1.  Pedelecs : These can be called as electrical bicycle as it is activated by pedalling. The speeds are limited within 20 mph.
2.  Power e-Bike: Here the system of the bike can be activated by pedalling or by a start button present on the handle grip.
3.  Speed e-bike pedelecs: It speed up at a speed limit up to 28 mph.

E-bike can be fun as it can be an alternative to cycling, jogging etc. It can be a refreshing part if someone rides it’s in the early morning. It can be a sweat buster as we put a lot of effort in it. For children it can be a fun for them. For elders it improves fitness and burn a lot fat from body. A good cardio for elder’s indeed.

With the increase in the number of bike streets, people are supporting a lot just because it takes care of our health. Day by day children’s are becoming game obsessed. Parents are not taking care of their children’s properly. So children’s will never know the fun behind e-bike or paddle bikes. To get rid of it, children must use a paddle bike, for their self care.
         
Nowadays, for a hassle free transport, people can use e-bike. Though it depends on the distance of travel. But if anyone is travelling near their neighbour’s house or locality, can carry an e-bike. It is cost-effective too.
        
As day passed by, within two days it has been delivered to our house. I called up my niece telling that I have a surprise for her. As soon as she arrived I give her the surprise and she was surprised and hugged me with tears. Being her best friend, I took care of her all favourite things she adds up in her bucket list. She uses to fill all her wishers in the bucket list and I secretly go through her list every month. Hope she will be happy and enjoy her first ride in her dreamed e-bike.
